I'm a process automation specialist. I design and implement AI systems that deliver KPIs on their own — reducing TTR, lowering support costs, and boosting NPS.
I work as a Fractional Head of Automation: in 30 days I build a working 'pilot' (agent/process) at the client's site, then scale it up.
Where I'm From and What I Connect
I started in logistics, Excel, SAP, and BI. Along the way there were forests, analytics, and e-commerce. Today I combine operations, law, and software to create real systems — not prototypes for the drawer.
