A website for a private primary school near Gorzów

A parent chooses a school once every few years and takes that decision carefully. The site does not sell. It answers, in order, the questions they really have: how do you teach, what does it cost, and how will my child get there.

Industry: Independent primary school, Maszewo near Gorzow

In short

  • Live: edustation.com.pl
  • Admissions as the main path, with an enrolment form
  • The teaching method described concretely, without vague talk of development
  • Google Analytics 4 wired up, site prepared for indexing

About the project

An independent primary school with a preschool group in Maszewo, about fifteen minutes from the centre of Gorzow. It follows the national curriculum but builds its work on relationships, movement and outdoor learning, without numerical grades.

The challenge

The school does something unusual, so a parent has more questions than they would about a catchment school: is this compliant with the curriculum, what does a day look like, what does it cost, how does a child get there. All of that had to be answered calmly and in order, without the marketing tone that instantly breeds distrust in education.

Goals

  • Explain the teaching method so a parent understands it
  • Make admissions the main, clearly marked path
  • Answer the fee and travel questions directly
  • Prepare the site for indexing and traffic measurement

Technical challenges

The method described in specifics

Instead of slogans about all-round development there are concrete principles: feedback rather than numerical grades, working from strengths, a culture of mistakes, lessons in the field. The parent sees what happens in practice.

Admissions as the first action

The enrolment form is the main call to action, with a description of what happens after it is sent. The parent knows the next step is a conversation, not a commitment.

Travel taken seriously

The school is outside the city, so distance, journey time and the bus connection are stated plainly. That question comes up in the first conversation anyway.

Solution and implementation

A site that explains rather than persuades

Sections on the method, outdoor learning, staff and what is on offer walk the parent through each question, ending at the enrolment form.

Ready for visibility

Correct meta tags, a sitemap, structured data and Google Analytics 4 wired up. The site is prepared for indexing in Google.

Results

Fewer basic questions

Fees, travel and the way of working are on the site, so the first conversation can be about the child rather than about logistics.

Admissions has one route

Instead of hunting for contact details across the site there is one form and a clear account of what happens next.

Takeaways

In education a sales tone backfires

Parents trust a site that answers hard questions calmly, not one that promises the best possible start in life.

Frequently asked questions

What will a parent find here?

A description of the teaching method, information about the staff, admission terms, details on fees and travel, and an enrolment form.

Why does the method take up so much room?

Because the school works differently from a catchment school, and that is the first thing a parent wants to understand before sending anything.

Why is travel described separately?

The school is outside the city, so journey time and the bus connection are a genuine deciding factor.

Is the site ready for Google?

Yes. It has correct meta tags, a sitemap and structured data, and Google Analytics 4 is wired up.

How long did it take?

A week, including hosting.
