A website for a florist in Gorzów

A florist with thirty years behind it, two shops in town and a delivery service. The customer usually has two hours to find a bouquet, so the site has to show the arrangements and the phone number before they change their mind.

Industry: Florist, Gorzow Wielkopolski

In short

  • Live: ebukieteria.pl
  • Six service types, from bouquets to event decoration
  • A gallery of real arrangements, not stock photos
  • Traffic measured in Google Analytics 4 from launch day

About the project

A florist that has been working in Gorzow for over thirty years. Occasion and wedding bouquets, funeral wreaths, flower delivery, event decoration and potted plants. Customers arrive at three very different moments in life and each one calls for a different tone.

The challenge

The same site serves somebody looking for a birthday bouquet, a couple planning a wedding, and somebody who has just lost a relative. Those paths had to be separated, written in their own language, and not merged into one cheerful gallery.

Goals

  • Separate the paths: occasions, weddings, funerals, delivery
  • Show real arrangements made by this florist
  • Make ordering easy both by phone and online
  • Wire up analytics to see which services pull traffic

Technical challenges

Three tones in one site

The wedding section and the funeral section use different language and different photographs. There is no single universal description that works in both situations.

Own photography instead of stock

The gallery shows arrangements actually made in the shop. In this trade a customer spots a stock photo in two seconds and stops trusting the page.

The phone number always within reach

A good share of orders come by phone, especially the urgent ones. The number sits on every screen, next to the option to order online.

Solution and implementation

Six services, six separate descriptions

Occasion bouquets, wedding flowers, funeral wreaths, flower delivery, event decoration and potted plants. Each with its own copy and its own entry point from search.

Delivery described concretely

The delivery section says plainly where the shop delivers and how to place an order, so nobody has to call just to ask about the area.

Results

Customers land in their own section

Somebody looking for a wreath does not have to scroll past wedding bouquets to reach what they came for.

Phone and online orders side by side

The site does not force one route. People who prefer to call, call; people who prefer to click, order online.

Takeaways

One business, several very different customers

When the same services are bought in wildly different situations, the site has to separate them. A shared description works poorly in all of them.

Frequently asked questions

Why do weddings and funerals get separate sections?

Because they are two entirely different situations and two different registers. A shared description would ring false in both.

Are the photos real?

Yes, the gallery shows arrangements made in this shop. Stock photography in this trade is obvious at a glance.

How do customers order?

By phone or online. Both routes are equal and the phone number is visible on every screen.

Does the site have analytics?

Yes. Traffic is measured in Google Analytics 4 and the site is submitted to Search Console.

How long did it take?

A week, including hosting and measurement.
