A florist catalogue fed from a WhatsApp group: a photo posted to the group, a bouquet on the website
Florists post photos of finished bouquets with prices to the team group, and every 10 minutes a script turns them into a catalogue on the shop website, with a description and price.
Industry: Florist (shop and workshop in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poland)
In short
- Over 160 priced pieces in the catalogue (as of 19.10.2026)
- New photos reach the website on the next run, every 10 minutes
- No extra work for the team: a photo and a price in the group, as before
- Items without a price or with an uncertain description wait for approval and are not published on their own
About the project
Bukieteria makes bouquets, funeral arrangements, wreaths and grave decorations every day. The team has always posted photos of finished work to an internal WhatsApp group, so everyone knows what left the workshop and at what price.
The challenge
Photos of the best pieces stayed in the chat. Customers asked what could be made and how much it costs, and the website did not show current work. Moving photos to the site by hand, writing descriptions and keeping prices right is work nobody in a flower shop has time for.
Goals
- Show real recent work on the website, with prices
- Add no new task for the team
- Never publish anything with a wrong price or personal data in the photo
- Give customers a basis for ordering a similar bouquet
Technical challenges
Photo and price in separate messages
In the group, the price or a correction often arrives as a separate message after the photo. The script matches each photo with its price and later corrections before anything reaches the website.
Phone photo quality
Photos are taken in the workshop in varying light. Each one is automatically retouched, cropped to 4:5 and saved in two WebP sizes so the website loads fast.
Nothing published without control
A photo without a price, with an uncertain description or with blurred personal data is not published on its own. It waits for approval with a single command.
Solution and implementation
From a photo in the group to a bouquet on the website
A florist posts a photo and a price to the group, and a few minutes later the same bouquet is in the catalogue on the shop website, with a description and price.
The chat is a recreation; the website and the bouquet are real (ebukieteria.pl/katalog).
The team group as the source
A WhatsApp bot stores the messages of the "Kwiaty katalog" group, and every 10 minutes a script takes new photos from recent days and matches them with prices and corrections.

Description, retouching and catalogue
The AI describes the bouquet and picks a category, the photo is retouched and cropped, and the script generates static catalogue pages in the shop's design: bouquets, funeral arrangements, wreaths, grave decorations and more, with a price range in each category.

Results
The catalogue updates itself
The website shows work from recent days, and the team does exactly what it did before.
Customers see prices and styles
Instead of calling to ask what is possible, a customer sees similar pieces with prices and orders a similar arrangement.
Content Google and AI can read
Each piece is a photo, description and price on a page served as HTML, so search engines and AI assistants can read and show it.
Takeaways
The best process is the one that already exists
The team already posted photos to the group. The automation hooked into that habit instead of inventing a new admin panel.
The same pattern for other businesses
A carpenter with furniture projects, a bakery with cakes, a garage with repairs, a renovation crew: photos from the team group can build the website portfolio on their own.
Other WhatsApp bots
I use the same channel in CarHunter (a list of car deals twice a day) and GrantNawigator (a Sunday grant digest with a link to the source).

Frequently asked questions
How does a photo from the group reach the website?
The bot stores the group's messages, and every 10 minutes a script takes new photos, matches them with prices, the AI describes the bouquet, the photo is retouched and cropped, and the catalogue page is regenerated.
Can something be published by mistake?
A photo without a price, with an uncertain description or with blurred personal data waits for approval and is not published on its own.
Does the team have to learn anything?
No. Florists post a photo and price to the group, as before. Everything else happens on the server.
Does it work on regular WhatsApp?
Yes. The bot runs on a regular number via the WhatsApp Web protocol (the Baileys library) and only reads the team's internal group, so no paid WhatsApp Business API is needed.
Can you do this for my business?
Yes, if your team posts photos of finished work to a group or chat. We agree on categories, prices and the catalogue design, and then I connect the bot to your group.
